What an Order Picker will do :
- Prepare the correct pallet for the order
- Use VoCollect (voice recognition software) to select the required units to fulfill the order
- Travel from one location to the next
- Move at a reasonable pace for several hours at a time
What you need to be an Order Picker :
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous manufacturing and forklift experience
- Ability to follow standard work instructions, preferred practices, and safety rules
- Willingness to obtain certification to operate powered industrial vehicles
